R.B. Murray Company

Jeff Hays has been with R.B. Murray Company since 2008, coming home to Springfield after more than a decade spent in commercial Real Estate lending for GE Capital Corporation and MetLife Insurance in Dallas, TX. Jeff works with various local and national clients in all segments of southwest Missouri real estate.

Having worked closely with borrowers throughout his career, Jeff is able to draw on that expertise to assist his clients in finding acquisition funding for investment real estate or startup capital for small business tenants. He has active relationships with the lending community both here in Springfield and on the national level and can always provide a path for his clients to finding the best financial framework for their transactions.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Kansas. Professional memberships include being a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, a member of the National Realtors Association (NRA), Greater Springfield Board of Realtors (GSBOR), Springfield Apartment Association, and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Civic activities include Downtown Rotary, Ozarks Greenways, and Wilder Elementary WatchDOG. Jeff and his wife, Piki, have two children – Cooper and Sophie.
