A Springfield native, Jeff Hays is an important addition to the RB Murray Sales and Leasing Team. Both RB Murray and clients alike value Jeff’s experience in commercial real estate lending. Having spent 10 years with MetLife Real Estate Investments in Dallas and seven years with GE Capital Real Estate in Addison, Jeff applies his financial expertise and contacts within the lending industry to facilitate client transactions. Jeff understands the mindset of large, national tenants and as such, provides knowledgeable perspective on the financial viability of the deal on the table.

Some of Jeff’s most notable transactions include the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Houston and JP Morgan Chase Tower in Houston, TX. Jeff is also experienced in multifamily loans, having facilitated such loans in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Kansas City, Kansas.
