R.B. Murray Company

A third generation family member, Ross joined the company in 2002. Since joining, Ross has assembled and closed over 200 lease and sale transactions. At R.B. Murray Company, Ross specializes in acquisitions, investment sales, and leasing. Currently Ross is heavily involved in designing R.B. Murray Company’s growth plans and project management.

Graduating with distinction from Drury University with emphasis’ in marketing and advertising, Ross is well suited to coordinate the company’s marketing and advertising programs, which he does in addition to brokerage. These Marketing and Advertising programs combine sophisticated demographic info-systems and custom R.B. Murray proprietary technology, to bring the highest level, and the most cutting edge services to our clients.

Recently Ross oversaw the multi-million dollar redevelopment of Springfield’s largest boutique retail center, the Fremont Shopping Center, and has coordinated the successful leasing of the Battlefield Marketplace, Springfield’s largest retail Lifestyle Center. Ross is currently working on the largest mixed-use development in Springfield. Ross is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Candidate and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
