  Certified Property Manager

  The CPM® designation is awarded to real estate managers who have met the Institute’s rigorous requirements in the areas of professional education, examination and experience. CPM® Members must also abide by a rigorous Code of Professional Ethics that is strictly enforced by the Institute. CPM Members in the United States manage over $1.5 trillion in real estate assets, including 8.4 billion net square feet of commercial space.   Founded in 1957, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. The LEED AP program is administered by the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI), which was established with the support of USGBC to allow for objective, balanced management of the credentialing program.
